The Report Browser module is a long-term tracking system to automatically create in-depth reports on trends, error patterns and QoS. autoVoIP™ Report Browser provides network managers with data to help them measure VoIP network performance and solve quality issues.

Add-on: Remote Management & Probes

• Adds remote manager functions and one autoVoIP™ probe
• Adds the ability to view Remote Probes without any server using very low bandwidth link
• Gives full local interactivity - remotely
• Enabling for example larger organizations to manage VoIP networks at local offices
• Additional requirement - a PC running Windows XP or Server 2003 with 2GHz CPU (minimum)

Add-on: Flow Analyzer / RTP Analyzer

• Analyzes the frame flow - breaking it down into calls - class media, signalling are reported
• Analyzes the RTP payload frames - highlighting for example queuing delays on Switches/Routers or missing frame patterns.

The RTP analyzer will enable you to:

• Identify equipment queues, by showing you where the frames are bunched together.
• See the frame drop pattern - i.e., being dropped on a regular basis or being dropped in blocks. A few dropped frames on a regular basis may not cause a problem but being dropped in blocks will.
• See if multiple paths are present by looking for out of sequence frames. This type of problem can then be fixed by controlling load sharing setting on multi-link routes This is done post capture using RTP Analyzer feature.

Add-on: Call Playback

Record phone calls for documenting quality of service, replaying payload using a media player. Recording must be permitted according to regional laws for Call Playback to be installed.

• Adding Call playback makes it possible to record phone calls for quality measurement purposes, documenting quality of service, replaying payload using a media player
• Uses automatic filters showing the call set up process with transaction response times
• Note that recording of phone conversations must be permitted according to regional law to be installed
